Youth Explosion is committed to supporting the educational dreams of young people in our community. We award scholarships named in memory of Rev. Charles Fluellen who was very passionate about the Youth Explosion of Bartow County. Scholarships are awarded to recent high school graduates and current college students whose lives have been impacted by their attendance at Youth Explosion events. These scholarships recognize students who demonstrate leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to personal growth.
