About Us
Our History
The Youth Explosion was founded in 2009 by Randy Livsey. Having a passion for the welfare of our youth, he called together a group of individuals whose common goal is to support and encourage the youth to excel in all that they do. It began as a city event in Kingston, GA; the first community-wide event was held at the Summer Hill Complex in Cartersville. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our goal is to instill positive change in the lives of youth in the Cartersville/Bartow County community and surrounding areas.
Mission Statement
The Youth Explosion of Bartow County's mission is to affect the lives of the youth of our community in a positive way by guiding them through knowledge, Christian ethics and perseverance so they will have a brighter future.
